This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities like air conditioning and a balcony. The location is perfect, being close to everything - the beach, the old town, and other shopping areas. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. The breakfast served here is simple but sufficient.

Great location, spacious room, and nice balcony. Convenient transportation options to Konalty or Lara beach. Close to the old city, shops, and restaurants. Well-maintained and clean. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short distance from the old town, offering a peaceful escape from the crowds. The staff at Ramona Kale were friendly and helpful, always there when I needed anything. The room itself wasnice and neat, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel had a few local restaurants, making it convenient to find something to eat.
While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. The bathroom could use some improvement, as it was below average and in need of repairs.

We loved the hotel's central location in the city center, making it close to everything, including the seafront. The spacious room and nice balcony were a bonus, great to enjoy the surrounding views. Transportation was easy with the tram and bus stop only 2 minutes away, providing easy access to Konalty or Lara beach. the hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was great. The breakfast offered was good, and the staff were very good too ensure our satisfaction.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The maintenance of the toilet could be improved, as there were issues with water leakage and the shower drains being clogged.
